First we started using TestDome for specific roles. Once we found out that this way of recruiting was very effective, we scaled it to all roles. Now developers, community managers, product managers and all other roles are screened using TestDome.
We tested 47 candidates with TestDome. Only four of them went to the next stage of testing in the office. And the person we hired was one of the last tested by TestDome. Without TestDome, we would have had to test all 47 applicants in the office, which could easily have taken a year because the Team Lead has other things to do.
TestDome is really useful as it allows hiring managers and small business owners like me to run a massive hiring operation effectively, with very minimal resources.
We have more confidence that the individuals we are recruiting are suitable for the work that we have planned for them.
