During a stakeholder meeting, a customer tells the Product Owner that delivered features sometimes differ in minor ways from what he expected from the Product Backlog. He says, for example, that once a feature had a different font in an early mockup of the feature. The developers explain that during the Sprint they needed to change it to a web safe font that was similar to the one in the mockup so it would work in a wide variety of browsers as intended.
