• Full name - if it's not present, it should be just N/A.
• Years of experience - if it's not present, it should be -1.
• Skills - it should be None if not present.

A car rental company wants to categorize the intent of customer queries they get on email as shown in the image below:

The flowchart shows which categories take precedence.

Write an LLM prompt that will do that categorization. Your prompt will be passed as a system prompt to the LLM, while the customer query will be passed as the first user message.
