It's an ideal test for the pre-employment screening of candidates applying for office-based clerical roles, such as administrative assistantssecretaries, and office coordinators. A good candidate for an administrative skills job will be able to display a high level of interpersonal skills, excellent written communication, competency with basic spreadsheet usage, the ability to prioritize their work, and proficiency in scheduling activities for themselves and others.

This test requires candidates to demonstrate how they would handle customer interactions through multiple-choice questions and written responses, skill with completing tasks using spreadsheet software, and how they prioritize and schedule tasks through multiple-choice and fill-in-the-blank questions.
